Disney Discounts?

I know Florida residents, Canadian citizens and Active Duty/Veterans receive discounts. What about police, or New York discounts? Do you know of any vendors who sell discounted Disney gift cards like Carnival and RCI? Thanks in advance!

I've never heard of police or NY discounts.  

 

If you have a Red Card (credit or debit) from Target, you can purchase Disney Gift Cards with them and receive a 5% discount.

Also, places like Sam's Club, and BJ's have discounted Disney Gift cards.
