My stuff goes in a waterproof pouch I tuck into my swim suit.

LOL.  I saw a suggestion once to wrap them up so they look like a dirty diaper.

Sail and sign card, cc, cash, id can all get wet.  So they go in zippered pocket of swim trunks. I only buy swim trunks with a good zippered pocket. ( I don’t think this is an option for female bathing suits)

 

Picked up this tip on a Disney board for the stoller...requires diaper, clear plastic bag and root beer,  Pour small amount root beer on diaper, place diaper in bag clearly leaving the “root beer stain” visible, tie bag to strollers handlebar.    Nobody will bother your stroller, choosing other strollers instead.
