Casino open in India or Dubai?

Going on Celebrity in December with 3 ports in India, including an overnight in Mumbai. And ends with 2 overnights in Dubai. 

 

Any past cruisers to India and Dubai know if the casino on the ship opened when docked there or still in Indian waters? 

 

More curiosity but almost hoping it is closed to not lose money and to focus more on exploring the ports (with a full night's sleep!)
