New Amsterdam vodka.

That’s funny, because my first thought was Nieuw Amsterdam, the ship, which would have been an odd segue!

Hey, Starlight Express does not send audiences fleeing!

London was the best place to see it, though.

Almost interactive theater with the skating tracks so close.

I doubt the audience goes fleeing when CATS is performed on land.

My opinion....

I think we've covered CATS fairly well.

Thanks to all the participants

Still working on a name,  but at MTD tonight, the with reservations line at 6:30 was non existent,  and the without line was massive. However, when we left at 7:30, there was no line.

Dinner tonight was awesomeness, second best only to Izumi

John, Kay wants to know if this is a totally separate line or the line with reservations? Thanks!

There are 4 podiums.

We use the back one on port side.

MTD with reservations is port side, and no reservations is starboard side.

They were not using the back one on the starboard side last night.

When we walked by it was a keyboard player.

I would be more than happy to play keyboard or guitar in CP. I might like that more than being the ship's doctor.... trying to figure out the next phase of my life.😉

They did not have THE 🙄chairs in the massive line with no reservations or I would have waited.

Maybe it is a "sign" to their fellow ladies, who think they will win the largest bra in the Quest.  This balcony owner has their compeition level at max setting.

Best go to the Quest tonight John and report back.

Nieuw Amsterdam was one of our first ships

Ditto... you know you've been cruising a long time when they've retired a ship you've cruised on and then rechristened a brand new ship with the same exact name!  LOL

Another CK question, if you don't mind.  The app menus show this (I'll just pick one entrée to make it brief) -

Day 1 - filet mignon

Day 2- prime rib

Day 3 - spiced chicken breast

Day 4 - lamb loin

Day 5 - grilled duck breast

Day 6 - lobster

Day 7 - veal chop

Is this the CK order for this itinerary?  I am asking because normally day 2 is a sea day and the 1st formal night in the main dining room.  On this itinerary though, Coco Cay is day 2 and the first sea day is day 3.  I was wondering if CK switches up the prime rib and spiced chicken breast nights to match up with the MDR formal dinner?  It looks like the day 6 lobster night aligns with the 2nd formal night in the MDR.

I'm trying to decide on a specialty restaurant lunch and/or dinner and want to pick our least favorite meal choices for those times. We pick healthy options at home, but on a cruise we splurge with more beef and lamb. Since you've dined at CK many times, which are your favorite nights and how does this Harmony CK compare to past cruises? Again, thanks so much for your time.

We might go, pretty lit now after Pinnacle lunch. Keeping this buzz going may be a challenge. 😱🍷🍷🍷

Do you know if they had a white party this week? I usually see it once I'm on board and have nothing white to wear...trying to pass along the info for the young twenty-somethings in the group. We sail this Sunday the 11th, frantically packing now....Your review is great!

There is a white night dance party on Harmony this week.  Day 6, 11pm, in the Solarium? 🤔

Folks of been hanging laundry on their chairs to air out or dry for years. It’s only visible because these cabins can be seen from across or within the ship.

Honestly, we’ve hung a bathing suit on the chair to dry, but we  generally put the hanger on the back of the chair so even if our cabin was visible, no one would see the clothes.

This is our order, and we had Coco Cay on day 2 as well. Lobster tonight. Get it without sauce. Trust me on that. 😉

We had stir fry on night 2, it was fabulous.

Did Izumi on day 3, it was awesomeness

Day 5 we did MTD for the lamb chops, they did not dissapoint.

Tonight is lamb and lobster in CK.

So I think the app is right. I know I had lobster salad on day 2

I think I'm just burned out on CK, there are just so many other places available

Our first cruise was the carnival Mardi Gras in 1988.  I think I read that one of the newer carnival ships will be renamed the Mardi Gras.  So yes, I think we have been cruising along time too
