Mrs f. Posted August 7, 2019 #1 Share Posted August 7, 2019 I didn't want to title this Barcelona Day Tours because people immediately think it's that tour company (which we have 1 tour with). But there are other companies offering Barcelona city tours. Just booked with Spanish Trails which is a company a friend recommended. Other companies had what we wanted but not on the day we wanted. Isabel at Spanish Trails was really helpful.
cruiservirginia Posted August 7, 2019 #2 Share Posted August 7, 2019 We toured with Spanish Trails last year and would definitely use them again. They picked us up at our Barcelona hotel for a tour of Montserrat and wine tasting in Penedes. Isabel customized the itinerary to our preferences and our tour guide was excellent. ljandgb Posted August 10, 2019 #5 Share Posted August 10, 2019 We used Steel Donkey bike tours on a land trip there. It was a great tour, and super easy, as Barcelona is mostly flat. They even have an option of a electric bike if you really want to take your effort down a notch.
caneable Posted August 11, 2019 #6 Share Posted August 11, 2019 Off the wall a little here, but recently visited Barcelona and did a great “Treasure Hunt” walk with XVentura. It took about three hours from 11 am to 2 pm and was based around the life and times of Columbus. It took us around the Gothic quarter and into small out of the way squares we would never have found by ourselves.
