Ditto. The only worthwhile option is chocolate covered strawberries if they are available.

Just on a plate ? The buffet plates are the size of platters. Depending on what we get and how far we have to walk back to our cabin, sometimes we flip another plate over and place it on top like a cover. As someone else stated, you can also keep a room service tray and use it to go to the buffet if you think you'll need it.

They haven’t been available anymore on our last few cruises & instead received what appeared to be made onboard unwrapped chocolates which were still better for us than the canapés. On Royal-class ships the plates are regular sized & not like the oval platter ones. That’s likely an effort to reduce so much waste on the larger platter type of plates. Good point -- we were on the Regal in October and we still managed to make it work 🙂

Wow! Yes, that table is definitely too small! We had an aft-facing premium deluxe balcony on the Dolphin deck. We love that location with the half open/half covered balcony. We have the same room booked for our upcoming January Regal cruise as well 🙂 Edited August 11, 2019 by Paula_MacFan
