Baltic Cruise via Small Ship

Interested in a small ship -- max. 2-300 passengers -- Baltic Cruise. Must include a minimum of 2 days in St. Petersburg plus some or all of the usual ports -- Copenhagen, Stockholm, Helsinki, Tallinn, others? Minimum of 12 days; could be more so it's not too rushed. Late 2019 into 2020. I've visited many commercial sites. Most cruises are on much larger ships, of no interest to us. Haven't found any that match our criteria. Are there any? Price may matter, but not yet.

Windstar Cruises has a Baltic and Scandinavia spectacular from Stockholm to Copenhagen with 2 days in Sankt Petersburg. 

 

I'm guessing they also do it reverse.
