Which Excursions

We are doing NCL Joy from LA to Miami, we have booked a private boat for whale watching in Caba san Lucas, Think of NCL Salsa and salsa trip at Mazalan, Need suggestions for Puerto Vallanta, Puerto Quetzal, Puerto Caldera and Catagena. We are family of mum/dad, two daughters in 20's and father in mid 70's who cannot walk far. We do not want walking tours or city tours but love beaches, snorkeling, animals. Has anyone done the safari tours and has anyone done the Rosario Islands, what is the best way to do that, NCL does not have a tour for this and it sounds good as does the oceania aquarium.

The Rosario Islands are about 100km off the coast of Cartagena so I would think too far for an excursion.

The only thing worth doing at Puerto Quetzal is the tour/transfer to Antigua.  It's a 1.5 hr bus ride, very scenic with driver/guide commentary.  If you have not yet encountered Mayan people you should go there.  There would be a lot of walking, though.
