vjr Posted August 14, 2019 #1 Share Posted August 14, 2019 Hi all - My husband and I are going on our third PG cruise - first time on the Fiji, Tonga itinerary, Sept 21. We have booked a private tour with Teking Tours on Aitutaki. In researching this excursion, there is a stop on One Foot Island where you can get your passport stamped. Since PG holds your passports throughout the cruise, how is this done? Can we "check out" our passports for the day? Has anyone done this trip to One Foot Island? Tahitianbigkahuna Posted August 14, 2019 #2 Share Posted August 14, 2019 You go to reception and ask for them. But you must return them when you get back on-board as they need them to verify when they get back to Bora Bora
vjr Posted August 14, 2019 Author #3 Share Posted August 14, 2019 Thanks. I figured it was something fairly easy but thought I would ask ahead of time.
FlightMedic555 Posted August 15, 2019 #4 Share Posted August 15, 2019 BTW, we were with Teking about a week ago. He stamps the passport as a souvenir. You can also have him stamp anything, such as a postcard
vjr Posted August 15, 2019 Author #5 Share Posted August 15, 2019 Thanks for the information. I think I will bring a postcard to have stamped. As much as I would like to get my passport stamped, I’m more afraid of losing my passport if I pull it for a day. I’ve gotten so scatter brained as I get older.
