is there a place near Amsterdam cruise terminal to buy wine for our cruise for our

allocated 2 bottles before we board our ship

In the Netherlands you can buy wine at supermarkets or in specialised wine shops. Inside the Central train station close to the cruise terminal, you will find several small supermarkets that sell wine. If you want a larger selection of wines, I suggest you go to the large Albert Heijn supermarket on the Nieuwezijds Voorburgwal, located just behind the Royal Palace.
