Rhapsody over Thanksgiving

Can anyone tell me if there is anything special that goes on over Thanksgiving cruise?

We were on Jewel for Thanksgiving a few years ago.  The ship was decorated with cornucopias and there was the "traditional" thanksgiving dinner along with the regular menu.  It wasn't exactly my Aunt Janie's turkey and cornbread dressing but I thought it was wonderful and I didn't have to cook or clean up!  The coolest thing was when we woke up the next morning, the ship was all decorated for Christmas so it was like getting the best of both holidays.  Also they had black Friday sales all over the ship.  We really wanted to do a Thanksgiving cruise this year but the prices were outrageous so we settled for the week after Thanksgiving.

We will be on Adventure over Thanksgiving. As non-US peeps we didn't even realise until after we had booked. We are really looking forward to experiencing this traditional holiday (and the food that goes along with it) on board. :classic_biggrin:
