Princess Typical Promotions

I'm not finding the promotions/fares to be as good as I use to. I'm looking at taking a chance and booking after final payment. I've done this a couple of times recently and saved up to $1800pp.

Check the price when the 3 for free sale starts. Many times they raise the price to cover the cost of the promotion. You still may have a better deal.

I had once booked the sip and sail, transferred booking to the 3 for free and got quite a generous reduction. It was a 10 day cruise and Watched as the fare increased, even after final payment.

Recently there was a 2020 New Years sailing that I was interested in with a non refundable deposit. I called my TA and asked her to get me a quote with a refundable deposit.  I got it for $40 more pp and kept the $250 pp OBC. I’ll also check to see if it’s included in the 3 for free, I may get a reduction. Fingers crossed.
