Chris, a couple of questions:

 

In your first video, you walked past the Next Cruise desk and commented you might like to work there some day.  Is that still something you think you would like to do?  I think you could be a fantastic fit either for that or possibly as loyalty ambassador.   It might even be a transition to your ultimate goal by making some videos about different cruise destinations that could be used in the marketing cruise destinations.

 

Second question is about your status.  In each of your jobs were you actually a crew member or a contractor working for somebody else but assigned to the ship.  Correct me if I'm wrong but I think for the earlier jobs you would have been a contractor, especially as an art salesman as you did that for another cruise line.  In the casino are you employed directly by Royal or by somebody else who runs the casino?  Perhaps it might even be worth a video explaining the difference between the 2 roles.

First time posting and really appreciate all the info you post here and on your YouTube channel.  A buddy and I are going on Navigator in January and there will be some NFL Football playoff games happening that weekend.  I have heard from other posters that sometimes the casino takes bets even though they don’t have a regular sportsbook.  From your experience, is that true?  Is there a way to find out?  Thanks!

Adventure had a limited sports book.

They had 4 NFL games on Sunday

There is not much promotion, if at all.   I was on the Allure in Sept and inquired at the cashier.  I was told that they only take point spread wagers (no totals, parlays, etc).   I was on Oasis last week and was told they didn't take any sports bets at all (even though they had the brand new Playmakers onboard).  So, like typical Royal Caribbean, there was no consistency,

Oasis has a smoking side and a nonsmoking side.  You barely smell smoke on nonsmoking.  Empress is totally nonsmoking 👍
