Can only log in via Incognito mode

im using the latest version of Chrome.

the login popup doesnt pop up under normal mode.

this has been happening since last month.

 

i have to be in Incognito mode to log in.

 

but in incognito mode, all cookies get erased when i close the tab.

so i have to 'log in' every time, which is annoying.

 

how to get the login popup via normal mode?

I would clear your cookies to start with.

Clear the cookies for all CC web addresses. There can be more than one - boards.cruisecritic.com, www.cruisecritic.com, www.cruisecritic.co.uk, www.cruisecritic.com.au, etc.

yup, tried clearing cookies:
-right click on the black Lock icon next to website name

-cookies

-remove

 

also tried:

--right click on the black Lock icon next to website name

-site settings

-clear data

 

both didnt work.

went into Chrome settings and cleared something and got the login popup again in Normal mode.

no idea what i did. i pressed alot of buttons.

I'm also having this problem.  It started last month (August), and it got so crazy I switched to Firefox (which I'm using right now since I can't login with Chrome on my PC.) 

 

And yes, I have cleared my cookies.  There's just no Login dialog that pops up.  Very frustrating.

In Chrome navigate to https://www.cruisecritic.com. Tap the CC banner menu (3 horizontal bars on right side), in the menu that pops up tap Log in (may have to scroll up), sign in. When sign in is complete, tap the CC banner menu button again, select Boards on the popup menu (again, may have to scroll up).

 

Don't sign out when done. This should automatically log you in the next time you navigate to the boards.

Thank you.  Oddly, when I went back in I could find no CC banner menu, but I think that's because it's permanently open in my case.  Anways, when I clicked Log In, it worked as normal.  Very strange.  But thank you.
