Carnival Casino Hot Streak Offer

Question for anyone who has gone on a cruise with the Hot Streak Offer.  Did you get the DOU card in your cabin for use on your cruise?  The wording is a bit strange on the offer and I want to clarify if anyone has in fact gotten the card.

I would like to know this as well. This is my first time using a casino offer.

I also would like to know I have two hot streaks coming up.  I emailed and filled out the contact us form for the platers club asking if the cash withdraw fee is waived as well.  It has been three weeks and no response.  I have been slowly moving from Carnival to Royal and am getting much better service and offers from the players club.

You would get 1 DOU for the one with the offer.. cash withdraw fee is applied but you can keep the on board credit in the account & will get it refunded back at the end of the cruise ( this was in my case in July )
