cuba port charges

This may have already been addressed. How is Royal Caribbean compensating cruisers for their port charges differences in cost from the original cancelled cruises to Cub  to the rebooked Eastern Caribbean ones? The port charges were quite a bit more for Cuba than the EC. If you accepted RCCL's rerouting do you get a credit for the difference on your cruise once you board? The difference on my rebooking is almost $200. I was given a discount on the rebooking on the cruise itself but not on the port charges.

Hope this makes sense and thanks!

You may need to call them as this is specific to each cruiser and their system may "forget" about that portion of the transaction.
