Yes Dolphin is probably the least expensive option at $205/pp + VI tax. That rate is based on a minimum of 4 guests, so if fewer ppl you’d have to get a quote. But often they will have inquiries from others who are staying on STT and that would help you meet the 4-person min.

 

They depart Red Hook at 9AM, not sure when they arrive back at Red Hook. Here is their site to check that -

Otherwise it would be a private charter (smaller powerboat) with a 6-person max, and if I remember ~$600 - $700 for the group but you’d have to check...
