Dickenson Bay or Blue Moon?

Our cruise ship has these two included excursions (among many others).    If we'd like to spend 4-6 hours at the beach instead of doing other things on our port stop, which of those two might be more pleasant?   Is there decent snorkeling at either one?    Which is more handsome and comfortable?   Which less crowded?
