Excursion recommendations

Hi, all!  We will be visiting Cozumel, Belize, Mahogany Bay and Costa Maya at the end of January.  What are your recommended excursions for those ports? 

We will have a party of 6 ages 45, 24, 24, 15, 13, and 1.  We are doing a Xcaret in Cozumel, plus some independent shopping.  

 

I'd like to get recommendations for the other three port days.  One day is a beach day (sandy beach, warm water, food/drinks, activities avaliable, limited to no "sales" on the beach).  One dolphin encounter day with the most interaction possible, and somewhere for the 1 year old and mom to watch us with the dolphins.  And then a day of maybe horseback riding, ziplining, or something else recommended for the 13 and 15 year olds (girls).  

 

What does everyone recommend?

Great choice on Xcaret  ,Costa Maya is a fake cruise ship town (done well) if you walk right out of the gates you can get a cab (about 5 dollars) to Manhaul for some good beach time and cheap drinks .Ask the cab to go to The Tropicante and ask for Steve he will set you up with chairs (free) just buy some beers (cheap ) the food is pretty good too. Nice Prom to walk along the beach with some shops.

Mahogany Bay is a Carnival Corp. created resort.  There are shops there, and a nice beach, chairs available.  there is food, not free.  Although Costa Maya is also a created port, there is a nice free pool there.  EM

Consider Maya Chan all inclusive at Costa Maya.  Would cost $294 for your party of six. Transportation is included.  They only accept about 120 people with advance reservations.  Very reputable and very well run.  Here is their link:
