Haven Thermal Suite Couch

I understand there are some thermal suite cabins on the Getaway that have a small couch instead of the chair and two tables.  Is it possible for a child to sleep on?  I realize that NCL only allows two people in these cabins but thinking of getting two cabins and having the kids share one of the cabins.  I realize they have to be 18 to use the spa but the price is much cheaper than other Haven cabins.
