Soda Package -> Classic/Premium Drink (upcharge or full price?)

I am kind of new here, but couldn't find an answer to this question.

 

It seems like with the drink packages if you have a classic package and want a premium drink you just pay the difference.  Is this true for the Soda Package as well?  If you wanted a glass of wine would you pay the full cost or just the difference?

The soda-only package only covers soda.  The "pay the difference" only applies to the Classic and Premium packages.
