Drink package Prices

I'm sorry for asking a question that has been asked over & over, But I have not sailed with Princess for a few years, but curious, what's the lowest you have seen a drink package go on sale for?  Or do they not randomly offer specials on these, Royal Caribbean runs good deals, that  you have to keep watching for, So just wondering if it's the same for Princess.

In all of my years cruising with Princess it has never been discounted.  The only discount you can get is when you book a Sip n Sail promotion. It's $70.79 per day, not prorated, and it can be prepaid or purchased on the first day of your cruise. It takes about 6-7 drinks per day to break even if getting mixed drinks.  Plus think of all the bottled water, sparkling water, and coffee included.  Plus, if you are big wine drinker there's the 25% discount off wine.  It used to be 40% off, I miss those days. I now bring my own wine even if I do have a drink package

I don't believe the drink package ever goes on sale. The best you can do is to book a cruise during the Sip & Sail promo, which has been offered in June the past few years.

If booking a balcony or higher category cabin then the Sip and Sale would be your best bet. If next year is the same as years past it will run mid June - mid July for many voyages in 2021-Spring 2022. Sip and Sail for sailings in 2020 has past. 

 

As others have stated. No discount. One or both in the same cabin can purchase it. No both people in the same cabin requirement. No sharing.

I rebooked our 28 day LA to Hawaii/Tahiti under the Sip n Sail back in June. Our already booked cost went up $600 a person or $21 a person per day, I think that was a nice sale for 28 days.  Charlie

In 2019 the Sip&Sail promo ran from June 13th until July 16th and was for select voyages, mostly those in 2020 and 2021. It has been roughly the same each of the past years.
