I am sure lots of people have, but I don't think that is what you really meant to ask. The more information you give, the better answers you will get.

 

For example, "we are cruising out of San Pedro in January, we arrive around 3PM the day before, is the BWP a good place to stay if my budget is around $120?"

 

Which is very different from "we are cruising out of San Pedro in January, we arrive 3 days early to see a bit of LA, is the BWP a good choice?"

 

Most people recommend the DoubleTree and Crowne Plaza, which are better locations overall. I'd only choose the BWP San Pedro if my budget was very limited.
