Hi John,

Can you share what future plans are for expanding itineraries in/around Southeast Asia? Thank you.

By the time you read this, we will be departing the Star Legend and heading back home to San Diego. 🙂

I second the question about Southeast Asia and also any other "new" destinations you have in mind. Many of us long-term WS travelers (15+ for us) have begun to run out of trips that interest us and are looking for new adventures on WS.

My second question is about world-wide marketing. On our trips the ship has been mostly Americans and a few Canadians, but very few folk from other parts of the world. When we converse with them they mention how much they're enjoying WS, but then go into the nightmares they encountered when trying to book the trip. Are you working on improving the experience for non-North American customers. They mention things as simple as needed an 800 number that works for them.

As you probably know, we’ve added a lot of Southeast Asia the last couple years and have new options next year in Indonesia. We’re always looking for new itineraries and new ports so you can expect to see more new choices in 2021 and beyond.

Thanks John! We just returned from the Star Legend and wanted to pass along our praises about the stellar crew and food! It was our second WS cruise and we have two more booked.  I've done 32 on the "major" lines and got tired of the crowds and diluted service. Although we are in our early 40's, we really enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of WS and no longer want/need the glitz and vegas style shows of the larger vessels. We enjoy excellent food, personalized service in a relaxed atmosphere; WS delivers that in every way. Thank you!

Yes, and we’ve made a lot of progress on this front, especially in the United Kingdom where we sell now in GPB, and Australia. In both markets we’re also leveraging Virtuoso to help add new travel professional partners who can sell us. We’re a small cruise line, but working to expand our global guest support.
