Glitch with EZ Air. Can I take advantage?

I currently have 3 business class tickets booked through Princess' EZ Air for around 6.5k total. When I price out the exact flights the current price is showing around 3.8k per ticket but the total for all 3 tickets as 4.3k. Obviously there is some sort of glitch. It's been like this for 2 days. If I click through to buy I lose my current price. Has anyone experienced this? Princess is currently closed. Should I take advantage of this glitch?

Had a similar issue.  Called Princess and got a word salad response and an offer to complete my booking at the higher price.  Glitch yes... take responsibility (and / or fix the glitch) no.

Sure wouldn't be the first time somebody has problems with Princess EZAIR software.  Thanks for posting the outcome.
