Glitch with EZ Air. Can I take advantage?

I currently have 3 business class tickets booked through Princess' EZ Air for around 6.5k total. When I price out the exact flights the current price is showing around 3.8k per ticket but the total for all 3 tickets as 4.3k. Obviously there is some sort of glitch. It's been like this for 2 days. If I click through to buy I lose my current price. Has anyone experienced this? Princess is currently closed. Should I take advantage of this glitch?

Had a similar issue.  Called Princess and got a word salad response and an offer to complete my booking at the higher price.  Glitch yes... take responsibility (and / or fix the glitch) no.

I say book the ticket at whatever price you seem is fair and resonable

There are occasional glitches with EZ-Air, and it usually takes trying to go through the booking process and receiving an error to let you know it isn’t a real fare.

I called Princess and the glitch is on my end. They see the correct total. The website is still showing the glitchy total.

Sure wouldn't be the first time somebody has problems with Princess EZAIR software.  Thanks for posting the outcome.
