Cartagena hoho bus

Does anyone know if you can purchase a ticket for the Cartagena Ho Ho bus at the dock or do you have to buy it through Princess?

I booked this cruise over 500 days in advance because we are planners. We believe we get the best possible adventure when we know everything possible. That being said - "have you looked on the forum" ? YUP - I have and bazillion other sites.

From what I've read you need to purchase this from the cruise ship in order to get on at the pier.  Otherwise they will not let you and you have to take a taxi into town to get on at the next stop.  And then, often, the bus will pass you up because it is already filled with cruisers.

We booked the hoho bus directly with bus operators a few months back. We are there in a couple of weeks, so I can’t give review yet. It was $15us per person.
