As far as I know, none of the cruise lines accept OBC (refundable or non refundable) to pay for future Cruise credits or future cruise deposits.

Just to clarify this misconception....I did not lose the red carpet. It was misplaced BY OTHERS during the course of renovations at the OPT.

However, after careful consideration as to whether I should replace it, I decided ...no ..... bugger it...  there was no one "spethiel" enough to warrant the expense of a new carpet (sorry Mic) anyway.

 

I did find a photo of the carpet......just to bring back the memory.

Depends on the line, it does if you cash out all your winnings, i.e cannot cash out the OBC but if you bet it and win, then you can.
