I have just printed my seapass and the C and A level does not appear on the document or even in my edocs.

when I try to add my number it says it is invalid. But my RCL C and A account is showing the correct level and number .

can anyone confirm  that the information is held in the bar code and I will not have an issue at check in and on board.

First of all, you will not get the seapass until you are onboard. If you have printed it now, then you have printed the setsail pass.

To answer your question, it's what's registered on you in the system that matter. The bar code on the setsail pass just look you up in the system. However, if you aren't able to put in your crown and anchor number, then the system will not recognize your crown and anchor number, benefits or status.

I would contact whoever you booked through to check that the spelling of your name is the same as in your passport and crown and anchor number.

The set sail pass I printed at home for our cruise on Explorer 10-5 had DP printed on it.

We are D+ and didn't have the Drinks Package so I presume that's what it meant.

At the terminal a member of staff looked at the printed seapass and sent us through the priority security line at Southampton.

You could also ring C&A with your confirmation number and sail date/ship and they will sort it.

Interesting. I have just printed out our set sails passes for Explorer, leaving on 10-18. Diamond Plus is written in full on our passes.

Same here.  That is the new 'airline' style thin set sailpass.

Also shows on page 2 of GTB - my number and DIAM

I printed ours about 8 weeks ago and tore them up when we got to our cabin.

DP is all I recall but I had our RC confirmation with our information on if required but they only looked at printed seapass.

That's good if your Diamond Plus or any status is now on in full on the printed sea pass.

My C&A number was doing the same thing. Turns out it was a TA thing. One call to my TA and it got sorted out.

C&A numbers on our confirmation invoice and on my RC account.

Will check in about a week to make sure points have been added.

Cheers.

Just looked at our upcoming Set Sail Pass.  Our Diamond Plus notation is listed just below our name.  You might want to try again.
