Cities of Antiquity & the Holy Land

We just booked this for next Nov. This will be our fourth VO cruise. Would like some advise for private tours in Israel and Rome extension. Not looking forward to 40 person bus rides.

We have had good experiences on previous cruises using suggestions from this blog. Thanks

We have hired the tour company Guided Tours Israel and they are giving us a private overnight tour for the four of us in our party.  They also do group tours and you can sign up with others on your ship.  If you email them they are extremely prompt in answering and very helpful.  They offer various different tour options.   They come highly recommended on both cruise critic and trip advisor. 

For Rome we have hired Italytours.EU which also comes very highly recommended.

Suggest you check out 2020 Oct/Nov roll calls for this itinerary even if there isn’t one started for your particular cruise. I did and found a lot of good info as to what other folks are doing re: excursions. It also saved me some leg work researching.
