Requests for Concierge Stateroom steward

Well perhaps the metal top was the utensil!🤣

For starters it's not champagne but rather a very cheap sparkling wine. Not sure about a swap out as its probably priced at around 10 bucks or so. Lately it's not been in the cabin on embarkation day as so many people either have a Beverage package or simply don't want it. They will however bring to you if you ask.
