Canadian needing an INR check in Fort Lauderdale

We are doing a B2B out of Fort Lauderdale in Feb of this coming year.  My husband is now on Coumadin and we will need an INR check after the first cruise.  We are from Canada and I can’t run this through our travel insurance so I will be paying out of pocket .  Can anyone give me some suggestions?  Hoping it would be close to the port or a reasonable distance.  I don’t need a physician just someone to do the bloodwork and give me the results.  Thanks in advance!🙂

For traveling when taking blood thinners, suggest talking to your GP about switching to Xarelto. No INR checks required

I am on Xarelto partly because it doesn't require the testing. Not needing to schedule testing is a bonus whether travelling or at home.
