Partial Payments by Phone?

Hi there, I went to the MSC USA website today to make a partial payment on a September 2020 cruise, and I only had the option to make a full payment. How MSC, right? I'm on hold to make a partial payment over the phone. Does anyone know for sure if it is possible to make a partial payment by phone? I'm nearly 20 minutes in, and I would be somewhat disappointed if I waited much longer only to discover that the phone representative could not take a partial payment either.

I had to do the same thing - I thought it was really weird that I couldn't pay part of the bill....

Weirdly MSC is Not set up for partial CC payments made on line. There is no issue doing it over the phone. I think many people do including me which causes long holds for everyone.

 

MSC needs to fix this IMO.

I made 3 payments by phone never waited more then 5 minutes and then payed the last payment on line.

I ran into that problem a while back... 

 

MSC please make this an option on your website:)
