Mazatlan Port shuttles

Hi. From reading threads on Mazatlan I understand you are able to walk from the ship to Old Town following the blue line. My question ion is, I will be on a mobility scooter. Do you think I will be ok on their foot paths using my scooter? I also see that they use a shuttle from the ship to get out of the port. How do people scooters use the shuttle? I would so appreciate your thoughts.

I have not noticed how they put scooters on the MANDATORY Shuttle from the ship to the terminal.  Once you are st the terminal building, I would think you can ride the Blue Line.  The Blue Line is not foot paths, but roads.

And some of the curbs are very tall.

You likely have already contacted the Accessibility Department for the ship, so you might want to inquire about accessible shorex being offered.

yes, the curbs can be very tall and the sidewalks may not be suitable for such conveyances anyway.

With this thread in my mind when I was in Mazatlán last week, I observed that the port shuttles had ramps they could let down for wheelchairs.  I did not see any in use, but they were there.

You could at least go to the terminal building, it has several shops, restaurant, bar, etc.

Mazatlán cruise terminal has a fun place called the Green Bar , I always stop by on my  way back to the ship

@GTVCRUISER were those recent photos?  The blue line was very faint, nearly nonexistent, in places when I was there earlier this month.
