dolphin watching at Chankanaab

Can one watch others having the Dolphin Experience here? Or is the vista completely cut off from on-lookers?  Our daughter and family are booked to do it, and I would love to observe my granddaughter have this thrill.  If we can see it, how close are we allowed to get?  I'd love to get some good pictures.
Thank you!

It's too hard to see the dolphin swimming areas from the deck area where you are allowed to stand. There's also a problem with the swimming areas being down far in the water because the decks are built up really high, making it almost impossible to see out there.

Here's a pic of us down in one of the areas so that you can get a visual on the different pens and why it would be hard to see from the land area.

Here's a pic from above that shows you how far they go out in relation to the land area.

However, things might have changed since we were there last. We did a cruise on a boat and from the water it looks like they have built some huts out there so maybe you can go out there now??? Maybe someone else knows.
