Eggfast?

Has anyone done the “Eggfast”? I had never even heard of it until this week.  

If you have done it, how much did you  lose?  How often did you repeat it? 

What was your favorite “egg recipe”?

I haven't heard of this before, so I asked my BFF Google to explain it to me. It sounds like a hard core keto for a few days which I could maybe do every once in a while, but I'm not sure I could eat mostly eggs for a few days. 🍳

A lot of people doing low carb to this to try to get back on track or a jump start to

losing more weight. They lose weight but have to be careful when you start eating

low carb food again not to gain it back.
