Where is the best place in Saint Thomas to buy cartons of cigarettes. We used to go to the AJ riseIn Charlotte Amalie but they close down. Does anyone know how much they cost now. Thank you in advance

I thought A.H. Riise was still around in that mall of shops on Main Street. 

 

There used to be a Tobacco Discounter in the mall area at the port in Havensight. 

In theory, you can go to the airport duty free shop. It's outside security.  But the taxi fare will eat out any savings you may have.
