Got sail away cabin number right after booking

My current 3 booked cruises are all Sailaway rates and all 3 had cabins assigned within 24 hours.  None of them have been changed since then.  However, I'm pretty certain NCL has the right to change them in the contract.  But I bet they probably won't.  I don't think YOU are allowed to call them to get it changed.  However, you might give it a try, if that's what you want to do.  The intent is that NCL gets to pick it, so I wouldn't count on you being able to change it yourself.

Is this really going to be my cabin or can it change!  I did sail away ov and got 11100 on bliss.  Any thoughts?

Room is all yours.

You’ll get your exercise. It is a looonnng hike to the elevators. In heavy seas, you’ll get a lot of noise from the bow pounding  the waves (and a lot of movement).

Day after I booked I got the bid offer I’m 97 days out.  Maybe I’ll throw one in

Here is a youtube video of Bliss 13110 which is also a connecting BD balcony.  It is in the same location as your stateroom except two decks higher.  Unfortunately it was dark outside when video was made so you don't see the view from the balcony.

This video shows the view on sister ship Norwegian Escape of starboard balcony 10714.  Cabin is two staterooms closer to the elevators and one deck lower than 11110.   The video also shows a high speed walk from the elevator.  We have had far forward staterooms before and it wasn't a problem other than a little more walking.

There is a difference between 11100 (OP’s room which is an ocean view) and 11110 (video) a balcony room.

OOPS original poster I am so sorry.  BirdTravels is correct, you were assigned a forward facing oceanview stateroom and I posted not one but two balcony videos.   I shouldn't post on CC when I'm tired.

Here is a Youtube video of Forward Facing Oceanview stateroom 12100 on the Bliss, one deck above you.

Thanks kkquilts and others for all the info about this sail away cabin.  Doesn’t look too bad but geez they’re small😱
