Cabin Access Once on Board

Next month we’ll be taking our first NCL in a long time.  Once on board are we able to get into our cabin right away or is there a wait?  Just trying to find out what to expect.

Depends when you board.  In my experience, you get access sometime between 1:00 and 2:00 p.m.

The ship kindly asks that you DO NOT access your stateroom until an announcement is made that they are ready. That announcement is typically around 1:30.

 

It is recommended that you check your large luggage with the porters at the curb and have a small handcarry with medications and essentials with you. General boarding starts before 11:30 and restaurants (including the main dining room) will be open for your dining enjoyment.

Most of the time cabins are available between 1:30 and 1:45, sometimes as early as 1:00.
