Second time to St. Lucia. Recommendations?

We will be making a repeat visit to St. Lucia in March, 2020, and I'm trying to figure out what to see this time around.  We did an excursion from the ship last time that was called Land & Sea to Soufriere, and it was great.  We made stops along the way during the bus portion, including one at Morne Coubaril.  Looking to avoid much repetition this time yet see something else.  Not a fan of snorkeling, sooooo....  Any ideas?

We have also been to St Lucia a few times and our private group tour booked directly with Cosol was one of the best visit's.

Ashland, what stops did you make with Cosol’s private trip?  We have one booked with him in a couple weeks.  So far: waterfall, scenic stops, beach and  hike at Tet Paul. Did you get in on some of the snacks/beer that’s common with the group tours?

A hike at Tet Paul wasn't on our tour....We had a wonderful full day that included a jet boat to Sugar Beach. Lot's of food and drinks along the way and at a certain place for lunch and then again at the end for hot bread & cheese and again drinks....just amazing tour that we will do again on our next visit April 2021.
