WaitListed Select Dining on Edge

Just booked the Edge for Feb 9 sailing and was wondering if anyone has been confirmed from their wait list prior to sailing. They booked us for 6pm but waitlisted us for the Select.

Yep. I was waitlisted for it on the 2/16 cruise and it came through. I found it on my details page - did not get an email about it.

I will add that I sent an email to celebritydining@celebrity.com to request Tuscan or Cosmopolitan for my assigned dining room “if my waitlist for Select Dining does not clear” and initially received an email back that my request would be accommodated. Within a couple of days I was cleared for Select. Doesn’t hurt to go that route.

 

Alternatively I have read on here accounts of people being given only a choice of fixed times when they booked, doing a mock booking later and finding Select as an option - at which point I would call and ask to be moved.

Thanx much for the heads up.  I was booked late seating, wait list for Select dining for a March Edge cruise.  Just double checked per your post and have also now been assigned Anytime.
