private cruise excursion to visit Kyoto

I will be docking at Kobe/Osaka and plan to arrange a private excusion to visit Kyoto for day tour. Any trustworthing English-speaking tour guide/company to recommend?

I think that TripleLights does Kyoto tours.  We used this company for a private guide for two days in Tokyo last fall, and were extremely pleased.  They can customize tours to fit your interests.

We are heading to Asia next year and I found a very responsive company which unlike Triple Lights and ToursByLocals only required a deposit and not full prepayment.

 

Pricing was very reasonable IMO (I’d been researching a lot) if you have a small group.
