The ship has no bearing on this. The rule is the same across the fleet. What can change it on a rare occasion when he number of Elite is too high they allow it. On my recent sailing 1434 Elite and we were lot allowed to get out drinks in the MDR. We sailed with 1600 and it was allowed.

This is what I received on the Infinity Panama Canal cruise last month - read the VERY tiny print at the bottom - no drinks at World Class Bar, Restaurants or room service.  I thought this was universal but assume in extenuating circumstances, ships can change the rules at their leisure but it's very rare.
