Xel Ha question

My wife and I are on the Sky in December, with one of the ports being Cozumel. We're planning on doing a Tulum and Xel Ha excursion. The Princess website lists lunch as part of the excursion "A tantalizing array of Mexican and international dishes can be found in one of several restaurants, snack bars and buffets throughout the park. Food is all-inclusive, and original drinks are served at the bars or may be enjoyed in a comfortable lounge chair."

Does anyone know if that means drinks are included with the package? We're just trying to figure out how much cash to take along (and if we need to get some exchanged as well)

Exchange for pesos beforehand if you can, or bring a debit card and withdraw pesos. Not a big deal if you’re just buying a couple drinks, but if tipping it can add up...

Just curious since the ferry is 45 minutes, and Tulum is a good 40 - 50 min drive from Playa centro then 30 minutes back to Xel Ha  - how long is the Sky in port?
