dogdoc2002 Posted November 22, 2019 #1 Share Posted November 22, 2019 My wife and I are on the Sky in December, with one of the ports being Cozumel. We're planning on doing a Tulum and Xel Ha excursion. The Princess website lists lunch as part of the excursion "A tantalizing array of Mexican and international dishes can be found in one of several restaurants, snack bars and buffets throughout the park. Food is all-inclusive, and original drinks are served at the bars or may be enjoyed in a comfortable lounge chair." Does anyone know if that means drinks are included with the package? We're just trying to figure out how much cash to take along (and if we need to get some exchanged as well)
danyelle Posted December 6, 2019 #2 Share Posted December 6, 2019 When we did it there were no alcoholic drinks included. So bring cash if you want those. It was a really great trip though. Youll love it.
blue_water Posted December 10, 2019 #3 Share Posted December 10, 2019 (edited) Exchange for pesos beforehand if you can, or bring a debit card and withdraw pesos. Not a big deal if you’re just buying a couple drinks, but if tipping it can add up... Just curious since the ferry is 45 minutes, and Tulum is a good 40 - 50 min drive from Playa centro then 30 minutes back to Xel Ha - how long is the Sky in port? SheSailsFL Posted January 2, 2020 #4 Share Posted January 2, 2020 You won’t have a lot of time at Xel Ha with the ferry and bus logistics. I’m sure you looked at the time limitations and made the right decision for you but it will be a whirlwind day.
