MSC MERAVIGLIA cabin outlets ?

does anyone know if the outlets in the cabins accept US plugs or are they the the round pin plugs? also are they 110 or 220 volt.

have been on the seaside no issues but have read that the  MSC MERAVIGLIA outlets are different

Hi they have both European & US plug sockets

We have sailed on MSC Meraviglia and MSC Bellissima (sister ship) and can confirm what emmas_gran wrote.

110V US outlets

220V Euro outlets

USB outlet

There are similar threads on CC where members posted photos of the outlets,

As others have mentioned, there are 2 US and 2 Euro outlets, plus a single USB plug.

 

I don't know if it was just our cabin, but the USB plug was useless. It did not have enough power to charge my phone. I plugged in my phone at 11pm with 44%. When I woke at 7am, it was at 38%. Not because it became disconnected, but rather because the USB plug emitted such a low amount of energy.
