Recommendation for Cafe in Mazatlan Terminal

I will be meeting a friend at Mazatlán terminal in 2 weeks. Is there a café in the terminal where we could arrange to meet them? It would be 9:30 am. Any other meeting suggestion in the terminal is welcome too.Thanks!

Right there outside in the middle of the port terminal is a place I have had a few cervesa's, I cannot remember about food. It is a small area.

I'm not sure the terminal area is open to non-cruisers, if I remember right, we had to show picture ID and Sail & Sign to get back into the area.

We're all cruisers, on different ships.

I don't remember any food or drink places in that terminal at all but we just walk through quickly to get outside.

The Green Bar is right in the middle of the plaza with lots of tables/chairs around it.

Plaza?? We must be talking about 2 different terminals or my mind is going completely foggy!

Yes there is the Green Bar and if you go past that a little further you can get street tacos.  Same people also run this stand.  I believe it is owned by Senior Frogs.  We were just there in December and my friend got the tacos, again.

The Green Bar has food and drink, and I think every time I've been there, live music as well.  This is just outside the cruise terminal building.  You have to walk by it on your way to the exit.  Impossible to miss.

The Green Bar is quite the lively place. $3 beers or bucket of 6 for $14. Margaritas are $5.
