My Account not showing future bookings

Just had a look at mine .Have 4 which all were on the new personeliser but as we all know were not working correctly .Now I find I cannot even log on and see any .So I guess p and o are trying to fix it .Don't hold your breath nobody seems to be able to fix the problem drastic measures are needed to get this sorted

Mine is the same on the P&O website.  The three cruises up to Iona next year are shown, the two for 2021 are missing.  The my details section is still working, as we have just come off Ventura and it has added the points to our Peninsular club total.

 

But I can access all my future cruises through the new mypocruises website.  I can't do much with them until they sort the bugs and issues, but they are there.

Sorry you are having problems, we are on the same cruise and all is showing and the e-tickets are available, think I will print mine off in case they disappear.

It is  fine on Cruise personaliser. Just not showing up on My Loyalty.

This was the response from P&O when I queried it with them a few weeks ago.......

 

Good Afternoon,

I am sorry to hear your future cruises are not reflecting on your account. Unfortunately, we are experiencing some issues and currently do not have a time frame for when this will be fixed.

I would like to reassure you that your cruises are reflecting correctly on our system.
