How to: Change Cruise Critic email address of record

Hello, Can anyone tell me how to change my email address in my profile?  I found where I can change my password but not the email.  Thank you in advance!

Send an email to help@cruisecritic.com from your current Cruise Critic email address of record. Include your user name & the new email address. Ask for your current Cruise Critic email address of record to be changed to the new email address.

I can't get in to my old original email; how can I change my email address without sending an email from the old one? Thanks in advance!!!

Send from your new mail address but mention your Cruise Critic email address of record and user name. If you know your IP address, you can include that too to help identify your membership.
