Cruise Personaliser, Where Do You Find Cabin Your Cabin Number

Hi....on your CP where do you find your cabin number...I have looked and looked but it seems to be well hidden

If you are talking about the new My P&O it only shows the type of cabin you have ie inside, balcony, suite etc and not the cabin number. If you are still on the old CP then it should be under accommodation.

It also depends which fare you have booked.  If you have booked a saver fare, you won't find out your cabin number until you get your tickets/luggage labels

I always book select fare so I know my cabin number but this time have allowed a possible upgrade to the next type of cabin so if I am lucky enough to receive an upgrade not sure how I will know that they have upgraded us.

If you have chosen select your cabin number even on select fare it should show on your paper confirmation. It will still only show as type of cabin on My P&O.

Hi....doesn't even tell me type of cabin....in fact tells me hardly anything....just about know that at least I am on the ship .

Agree, I had exactly the same question.  No cabin number.  Just the grade.  Very odd.

Just checked - you're right.  Just the bed config.  No grade at all.

If you have booked a select fare and chosen your cabin number it will be on your paperwork from P&O. You will find your cabin type on My P&O under.... before you sail....holiday information.

Ah, if you click on "Before You Sail" and then Holiday Information, it gives my grade.  Still no cabin number though.

Just done that....still no grade given but at least a photo of the cabin type

This is typical! My next cruise is the first one where I’ve got a guarantee cabin and I have no idea how I’ll find out my cabin number with this new CP.

I’ve booked another one but I know the cabin number for that.

well I assume as before you will be emailed your cabin number and it will be on your E-ticket?
