Can't answer your question, other than I have stayed almost as high and almost as far forward on the HAL Zuiderdam -- a significantly shorter and less massive ship, on a trans-Atlantic, and felt just a little "sway" when lying in bed. You might be interested in this video of 12100, just to the port side of the forward aisle.

I was on the Joy in December in a Suite-13708.  It is right above that stateroom.  I felt it, but I don't get seasick, so I was fine.  We had some high seas the last day, and it was definitely rocking up and down.
