Miami Airport - Suite Hotel for 7

Can anyone recommend a hotel near the airport with multiple rooms that accommodates 7?

Staying one night pre-cruise.

Looking for free airport shuttle, breakfast and accessibility to a shuttle to Port of Miami.

Presently booked at Homewood Suites Miami Airport West, but it doesn't look like there is anywhere near there to go have dinner, drinks, etc. for pre-stay evening.

Homewood Suites in the Blue Lagoon area near MIA is close (5 minute walk) from a local strip mall with CVS, Starbucks, grocery &liquor stores as well as a few dining and fast food options.  Hampton Inn Blue Lagoon is actually across the street from the strip mall - maybe a couple of connecting rooms there?  Both hotels can set you up with a shuttle to the port for about $10-12+ per person - or grab a couple of Ubers for about $20+ per carload.

 

There's also a Homewood Suites in the edge of the Mary Brickell area in downtown Miami with lots of dining/shopping options, but no airport shuttles.  Uber from MIA to the hotel will run under $20 per car - the hotel offers a shuttle to the port for a fee.

We were at doubletree by Miami port and had a huge 3 bedroom two bath room .

I would book the Doubletree downtown before I'd stay at the airport.
